Treatment Value Report
To be a leader in medical innovation and outcomes reporting, we created a Treatment Value Report to analyze and report on our services.  The Treatment Value Report is an outcomes model created specifically by Silvercare Solutions in partnership with continence and long-term care industry thought leaders.  The report provides an outcomes opportunity model specific to your facility that can be used with CMS and State Survey Agencies, with families of existing residents, with families of prospective residents, and within your community.  The Treatment Value Report is composed of four main areas:

• Medical outcomes: The report will provide actual information on reductions in incontinence.  We will provide a projected outcomes model for reductions in urinary tract infections, urosepsis, ulcers, and falls based on the specific attributes of your facility and the results of the Continence Care Solution. 
  
• Labor outcomes:  The report will provide projected labor savings for diaper changes, linen changes and treatment for ulcers, urinary tract infections, urosepsis, and fractures.
  
• Supplies savings:  The report will provide projected savings for supply expenses for diapers, bed pads, and laundry expense.
  
• Family satisfaction:  The report will use actual family satisfaction survey data to show changes in family satisfaction with the treatment of incontinence. 

Cost of Services
The Nurse Practitioner/Continence Specialist works with you in the capacity of independent consultant and is an Independent Medicare Provider.  Therefore, costs for services rendered and care provided to the resident are billed directly to Medicare Part B or appropriate private insurance carrier by the Continence Specialist.  This is important, as your facility incurs no additional staffing cost for these services.
